For the well-being of our guests during the current COVID pandemic, we have followed government advice and introduced new measures to help keep you, us, and our community safe from the virus. We ask our guests to please respect these measures so we can all stay as safe as possible during this national health emergency.  

 

Here are the extra steps we have taken to help give you confidence and keep you safe:

• Spacing our bookings to allow at least 72 hours between visits to minimise contamination.

• All rooms and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each visit using a virucidal sanitiser, especially high touch points such as handles, switches, keys, remote controls and all accessible equipment. 

• Some items have been removed to minimise the risk of touch contamination eg games, paper based promotional material, some ornaments & cushions and reducing quantity of some kitchen equipment. Many of these items will be available on a request basis. 

• We have provided disinfecting sprays for you to use in the cottage and sanitising hand wash in the kitchen and bathrooms with our compliments.

• Distanced check-in procedures will be used on arrival.

 

Here’s how you can help us:

• Should a member of your party develop COVID symptoms during your visit, the Government advice is to return to your primary residence immediately, and self-isolate there for a period of 7 days (14 days for the other group members).  Please do let us know if you have any special medical needs that we should be aware of in case of an emergency. 

• If you should develop COVID symptoms within 3 weeks after your departure, please have a COVID-19 test and let us know immediately as it has implications on our business and our other guests.
